The anatomy isn't completely off, and I've seen worse. The legs are a bit thin compared to the thighs, and the pose of her left arm seems a bit awkward and unnatural. The foot is a tiny bit small. The folds in the clothing are very strange. I'd definitely study clothing as well as human anatomy. Also, one hand is bigger than the other. DO NOT DRAW FROM ANIME! Draw from life and simplify into a style if you need to. This will help a lot. I have also started doing this, and it has improved my anatomy a lot more than when I just drew anime. I still have a long way to go.
I have a huge issue with the coloring. It lacks a ton of value and looks like you don't know house to use photoshop. Please choose realistic colors and actually study color. REMOVE the drop shadow, it really pisses me off when I see this crap on art. REMOVE the style from the text, again, it looks like you don't know how to use photoshop. Browse the web for some cell shading techniques and you will improve.
